Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We cannot accept returns/cancellations on made to order products. 

If you are missing an item or something has arrived damaged, please let us know within five calendar days of the delivery and we will aim to recitfy the issue. Please note that we are unable to report damages to our respective couriers & suppliers after this period. We cannot be held responsible for any indirect financial or business loss caused by any missing parts or delivery delays outside our control.

You are able to return furniture items within 30 days of receiving them. They must be unopened and unused. Unwanted items may incur a handling fee (up to 30% of order value). Any items that are opened, built either by a third party or yourself cannot be returned unless faulty. The buyer shall unless otherwise stated be responsible for the cost of the return carriage of all goods returned which shall be at the risk of the buyer until actual receipt of the goods to Simple Office Supplies or our respective Manufacturer.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and for the item to be returned in it's original packaging (where applicable). All returns must be authorised prior to sending items back, please do not return items prior to arranging this with us. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or credit.

If this is approved, then your refund or credit will be processed, and automatically be applied to your account within a certain amount of days.

 

Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, please notify us at sales@simpleofficesupplies.co.uk 

 

Warranty & Liability

We will not be liable for any damaged goods or injuries resulting from use of any products. We do not provide warranties on any merchandise. Any warranty or promises made by the manufacturers are solely their liability.

In no event shall we be liable for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of the information made available on this web site.

 

Pricing Policy, Shipping and Handling

 

  •  We believe all prices are correct at time of publishing E & OE
  •  VAT is charged at 20% on all goods and services including any delivery charges supplied in the UK
  •  All prices are in Pounds Sterling
  •  All goods will remain our property until full payment is received
  •  For shipment outside the UK, additional charges apply. Please contact us for a quotation
  •  Prices are subject to change without notice.

Any errors on the online invoice will be corrected in the final invoice and you will be notified of the changes.
